About the owner/operator

Terry has worked for various companies across Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, and Georgia in different capacities such as senior project manager, project estimator, environmental and safety specialist, and field services coordinator. He has extensive experience in residential and commercial construction, heavy equipment operation, confined space entries, and safety oversight.

He was most recently a high school Construction teacher and taught Industry Fundamentals and Occupational Safety, Introduction to Construction, and Carpentry. As a Construction teacher in Paulding County, he held certifications with the Construction Education Foundation of Georgia (CEFGA) and the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER).

Terry previously worked at Owensboro Community & Technical College in Owensboro, Kentucky and performed building structural maintenance and remodeling, mobile equipment and educational technology equipment maintenance and repair, and coordinated grounds keeping on four separate campuses encompassing over 120 acres.

Terry is also a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving in the Electronic Security Command and Air Training Command.
